How To Make A Live Management Software For Any Organization

First of all we will have to visit on organization.
And then we have to collect all information about Transaction, Stock, Billing, Accounts, Leger, Sale-purchase, and all manual systems.
And after that we will have to collect documents of organization and then analyze about it.
Software analyzer have to know more about organization than employee or any member of organization then only we can make live software for any org.. Clear all confusions and difficulty from responsible person .and show him all work which we done and approve from him. That’s all.

2) Make uml diagram
3) e-r relationship
4) Normalize data
5) Finalize database
6) Make design of user interface .it should be user friendly
7) Then interconnect both tiers.
8) Do testing of software.
