I danced in the rain last night, I wish you were there, to see how the sky laughed at my lack of rhythm! I slow danced with a hundred drops at a time, and kissed the sky goodbye, and stumbled into sleep.
I miss your hugs and our synchronized cravings for a cigarette…
I miss that you don’t dry my wet hair after a bath..
I miss you when I’m trying to fall asleep, its harder now. After spending those nights in your arms, sleeping in your arms, it has become harder to fall asleep now. I wish we would be together at all times. i wish we didn’t need to work. I wish it could be this simple, just you and me and our world.
